Benzoville is a luxury Door Handles and Furniture Handles brand that’s known as the top architect’s No. 1 choice for luxury handles. With showrooms in New Delhi and Gurgaon, India, Benzoville is the exclusive partner to some of the world’s leading European handle brands like Olivari, Furnipart, Salice Paolo, Enrico Cassina, and more.

The Background

Benzoville is the first Indian brand to introduce premium, International door handle designs to India, providing luxury homeowners with access to the latest European products without leaving the country. The brand is synonymous with fine luxury, exquisite designer handles and hardware, and customer service that exceeds expectations. Benzoville clients include notable architects, dealers, and end customers.

The Challenge

Benzoville was promoting its brand through email marketing campaigns, Instagram, and sales letters. When they came to me, they already had a substantial amount of content, which they were using to try to reach their target market. However, there was a problem. 

Despite publishing numerous promotional pieces, the brand’s messaging remained unclear. Every email, blog, and landing page sounded different without a cohesive voice. The inconsistency in their content was hurting their brand recall and undermining the premium feel they wanted to deliver.

What They Needed

They wanted one thing: consistency. A voice they could call their own. A writer and content partner who could rework their existing content to unify their messaging, elevate their tone, and create new, high-performing content that brings harmony across all content touchpoints.

My Approach

  • I began by having a deep discussion with the CEO, Mr. Akshat, to understand the problems he was currently facing in getting the messaging right for his brand.
  • Next, I studied Benzoville’s existing content (website, blogs, social profiles, and emails) to understand their intent, identify gaps in their tone of voice, and pinpoint missed opportunities.
  • We had several brainstorming sessions to delve deeper into what needed to change, what had run its course, and what needed to be introduced to bring the brand’s voice up to par with its premium image and shining reputation.
  • Several Google Sheets later, there was a clear direction on what needed to be done to get Benzoville’s messaging on point.

The Tasks

The content creation and editing process was divided into phases, which began with rewriting the existing content and progressed to creating a high-quality lead generation and sales funnel content tailored to different customer and client profiles.
